Please kindly be advised that all of our Intimate Melody products have a full 6-month warranty. If your product does not meet your needs within this period, feel free to contact us by submitting a feedback form below in order to let us know what we can do to help you.
Basic Criteria:
Intimate Melody offers only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise.
By placing an order, you agree to the following policies:
Your return must meet the following criteria or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost.
ll returns must include the following:
* Original condition
* All accessories
* Manuals, warranty registration, etc.
* Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from site or customer service for the correct product and not yet expired.
Return Steps:
Email(support@intimatemelody.com) the customer servicethe order ID and the reason that you want to return the productWe will offer you the RMA number and return address
Please write the RMA number on parcel after the receiver's name
Once we receive the parcel, we will issue a refund or send you the replacement
